The 360 and development planning process has been designed to enhance participant value and engagement from others in a position to support the leader's development. 

It does not assume a 'one size fits all' competency model. The process enables the development conversations to better reflect;

     1. the participant's own aspirations and reflections,
     2. those of others with good 'line of sight' on the participant, and
     3. the leadership context including current and emerging challenges.
