Collaborative practice is the most effective mechanism for dealing with complex problems where no-one party has the answer or resources to resolve the challenge. It is often time consuming and demanding on leadership.

I offer collaborative practice development for teams and leaders. The development focuses on establishing and leading a clear process for engaging with others to work with complex problems.

The collaborative approach is based on a model developed by David Chrislip. This model has four phases and various stages within each phase including; 

              1. Getting started,
              2. Setting up for success,
              3. Working together, 
              4. Moving to action

I have applied this model successfully.
